Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us:

by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication before the withdrawal period has expired.

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except supplementary costs from choosing a delivery type other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw.

We will use the same means of payment as your original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; you will not incur any fees as a result.

We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods back, or you provide evidence of having sent them back, whichever is earlier.

You shall send back the goods without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day you communicate your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period expires.

You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if they became unsealed after delivery (§ 312g para. 2 no. 3 BGB).

This applies in particular to:

• Unsealed AURÉE, SALINE and VELIN perfume bottles (50 ml and 100 ml);
• Unsealed or used 2 ml sample vials, including those in the Discovery Set. Once the seal of an individual 2 ml sample has been broken, withdrawal is excluded for that sample — and, once all three are unsealed, for the Discovery Set as a whole.

If you wish to withdraw from an unopened, unused Discovery Set (all three seals intact), your statutory right of withdrawal remains unaffected.

Where a Discovery Set purchase is withdrawn and a Discovery Credit has already been issued for that order, the credit will be voided as part of the withdrawal.

The fastest and most secure way to submit your withdrawal is through your Grace' Routine customer account. Sign in, select the relevant order, and choose "Return items". Your order and identity are automatically verified through your account, so no manual entry of your order number or email is required.

All return requests are reviewed individually by our team before being approved. You will receive a confirmation email immediately after submitting your request.
