We ship worldwide. Standard shipping is complimentary to every destination country, with no minimum order value.

Orders are usually processed within 1 to 3 business days.

You receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order has shipped.

Standard shipping is complimentary worldwide for all products, with no minimum order value. It is the only shipping method we offer, and it is shown at checkout before you complete your order.

For deliveries outside the European Union we carry the cost of transport and the risk of loss or damage until the goods are handed over to you. The amount you pay at checkout covers the goods and standard shipping. It does not cover any charge raised by the destination country. For commercial buyers this corresponds to DAP under Incoterms 2020.

Customs duty, import VAT, clearance and handling fees are paid by the recipient. They are collected by the carrier or by the customs authority of your country, not by us. We cannot calculate them in advance, we have no influence on them, and we do not assume them.

Rates, thresholds and exemptions are set by your country and can change at any time, including after your order has been placed. If the amount matters to you, please ask your local customs authority before you order.

Whether you are treated as the importer of the goods is determined by the law of your country, not by us. Some countries ask the recipient for information before the goods can be cleared, for example a personal customs clearance code in South Korea, a CPF number in Brazil or identification documents in India. Please provide this information when you are asked for it.

If a parcel is refused on delivery, or returned to us because import charges were not paid, we refund in full what you paid, as soon as the goods have reached us. Your statutory right of withdrawal is unaffected.

Some countries restrict or prohibit the import of alcohol based fragrance. Please check the rules that apply in your country before you order, and ask us if you are unsure. If a consignment is held, seized or destroyed by a customs authority, we will tell you without delay and refund in full what you paid. Nothing on this page limits our liability for injury to life, body or health, for intent or gross negligence, or under product liability law.

Where we support your local currency, prices are shown and charged in it. Otherwise prices are shown in euros. Exchange rates are updated regularly, so a converted price can change slightly from one day to the next.

For deliveries within the European Union, prices are final prices and include German VAT at the statutory rate, currently 19%. Deliveries to destinations outside the European Union are export supplies and are exempt from German VAT. For these deliveries no German VAT is included in the price and none is shown on the invoice.
