Orders

How do I know my order has been received?

After a successful checkout you will receive an order confirmation by email. Please also check your spam or promotions folder. If no confirmation arrives, contact service@graceroutine.com.

Can I modify my order after placing it?

Please contact us as soon as possible. Changes are only possible as long as the order has not yet been processed or shipped.

Can I cancel my order?

Cancellation is possible as long as the order has not yet been prepared for shipping. Your statutory right of withdrawal remains unaffected.

Can I change my delivery address after ordering?

A change is only possible while the order has not yet been processed or handed over to the carrier.

Can I combine several orders?

Combining orders after the fact cannot be guaranteed. Please contact us as quickly as possible with all order numbers.

Do I receive an invoice?

Yes. The invoice is provided electronically or sent by email.

Can I order as a business?

Yes. Company and billing details must be entered in full during checkout.

Can I send an order as a gift?

Yes. Enter the desired delivery address at checkout.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Gift wrapping is available when offered on the product or cart page.

Can I add a personal message?

If the option is offered in the cart, you can leave a message there.

How long does delivery take?

The expected delivery time is shown during checkout. Times may vary depending on destination and volume.

How much is shipping?

Shipping fees are shown at checkout based on destination and order value.

Is shipping free?

Free shipping applies only when displayed at checkout for the given destination and order value.

Which countries does Grace’ Routine ship to?

The currently available destinations are shown at checkout.

How can I track my order?

After shipment you receive an email with a tracking link.

Why does my tracking link not work yet?

Tracking is often only activated after the first scan by the carrier.

What if my parcel is delayed?

Please check tracking first. Contact us if the status does not change over several business days.

What if the parcel is marked as delivered but has not arrived?

Check drop-off spots, neighbours and the local carrier branch. Then contact the carrier and our team.

What if my parcel arrives damaged?

Document packaging and contents immediately with photos and contact us with your order number.

What if an item is missing or wrong?

Please contact us with your order number and photos of the parcel contents.

What if a parcel is returned to sender?

We will contact you upon receipt. Additional shipping fees may apply for wrong addresses, unclaimed parcels or refusal of delivery.

Are there customs or import duties?

Deliveries outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, import VAT or handling fees. These are generally borne by the recipient.

Can perfumes be shipped internationally?

Perfume is subject to specific transport regulations due to its alcohol content. Not all shipping methods or destinations are available.

Payment

Which payment methods do you accept?

Available payment methods are displayed at checkout.

When is my account charged?

Charging depends on the chosen method and occurs during or immediately after order completion.

Is payment secure?

Payment is processed encrypted via the payment service providers offered at checkout.

Why was my payment declined?

Possible reasons include bank rejection, incorrect details, card limits or security checks.

Can I pay in another currency?

Available currencies are displayed by region.

Can I combine several discount codes?

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, only one discount or credit code per order is possible.

Why does my discount code not work?

Check validity, minimum order value, eligible products, spelling and prior use.

Can a discount be applied after the fact?

No. Discounts generally cannot be added after an order has been completed.

Are prices shown including VAT?

For EU deliveries, prices are generally shown including the applicable VAT.

Returns & Withdrawal

Can I return my order?

Online orders are covered by the statutory right of withdrawal as set out in our withdrawal policy.

How long do I have to withdraw?

For EU consumers the withdrawal period is generally 14 days from receipt of the goods. The withdrawal policy published in the shop prevails.

Can I return an opened perfume?

Please refer to our withdrawal policy. Return may be limited if an existing protective or hygiene seal has been removed and the statutory conditions for exclusion are met.

Can I return testers or the Discovery Set?

Unused products are subject to the terms of the withdrawal policy. For opened or used items, a refund may be limited depending on condition and legal classification.

How do I initiate a return?

Who bears the return shipping costs?

Please refer to the current withdrawal policy, which is decisive for your withdrawal.

When will I receive my refund?

After receipt and inspection, the refund is issued via the original payment method.

What happens to discounts or credits on a return?

Only the amount actually paid is generally refunded. Used credits may be deactivated or offset.

Can I exchange a perfume?

A direct exchange is not guaranteed. Customers may return the item under the withdrawal policy and place a new order.

Are the fragrances for women or men?

All Grace’ Routine fragrances are designed as unisex.

What does Extrait de Parfum mean?

Extrait de Parfum refers to a highly concentrated fragrance form that develops intensely on the skin.

How long does an Extrait de Parfum last?

Longevity varies with skin type, temperature, humidity, amount applied and the composition itself.

How many sprays are recommended?

One to two sprays are often sufficient.

Where should perfume be applied?

On warm areas such as neck, wrists or inner elbows. Do not rub.

Can I spray perfume on clothing?

Perfume can cause stains or fabric changes. Test on an inconspicuous area first.

Why does the scent smell different on my skin?

Skin temperature, moisture, skincare and individual chemistry all influence a fragrance.

Why does the fragrance change during the day?

Fragrance develops in phases through top, heart and base notes.

Can I combine the fragrances?

Layering is possible but changes the original character of the composition.

Which fragrance suits me?

SALINE: fresh, mineral, clean. VELIN: fresh-woody, creamy, powdery, subtly leathery. AURÉE: warm, luminous, elegant, softly radiant.

Where are the fragrances developed and manufactured?

All Grace’ Routine fragrances are developed and manufactured in France.

Where do I find the full ingredient list?

The authoritative INCI list is provided on packaging, product and the corresponding product page.

Do the perfumes contain alcohol?

Yes. The extraits use cosmetic alcohol as the carrier of the composition.

Can perfumes cause allergic reactions?

Yes. Fragrance ingredients can cause reactions in sensitive individuals. Please review the INCI list.

Do the fragrances contain declarable allergens?

Declarable allergens are indicated in the INCI list in accordance with the applicable EU rules. The EU Cosmetics Regulation covers safety assessment, product information, labelling, ingredients and warnings.

Care & Use

How should I store my perfume?

Upright, cool, dry and protected from direct sunlight.

How long does a perfume keep?

The best-before date or period-after-opening indicated on packaging or product is decisive.

Why might the colour change?

Light, heat and natural ageing may slightly alter the colour.

Why is the bottle not filled to the very top?

Bottles require a technical headspace. The stated nominal fill volume is unchanged.

Why are air bubbles visible?

Air bubbles can arise from filling, transport or temperature.

What if the sprayer does not work?

Press several times upright. If the issue persists, send photos or video with the order number to customer service.

Is perfume flammable?

Yes. Alcohol-based perfumes are flammable and must be kept away from heat and open flames.

Can children use perfume?

Perfumes are not intended for children and must be kept out of their reach.

What should I do in case of skin or eye contact?

Discontinue use in case of irritation. Rinse thoroughly with water on eye contact and seek medical advice if symptoms persist.

Discovery Set

What does the Discovery Set contain?

AURÉE, 2 ml. SALINE, 2 ml. VELIN, 2 ml.

How many applications does a 2 ml tester offer?

A 2 ml tester allows several full wear tests.

How do I best test the fragrances?

Wear each fragrance individually on clean skin for several hours.

Can I buy individual testers?

Yes, when available in the shop.

How does the 30 € Discovery credit work?

After purchasing the Discovery Set, customers receive a personal credit of €30 that can be applied to an eligible bottle.

When do I receive my Discovery code?

The personal code is sent by email after delivery has been confirmed.

Which products is the credit valid for?

For Grace’ Routine extraits in 50 ml or 100 ml.

How long is the credit valid?

The expiry date is stated in the personal email.

Can the credit be used more than once?

No, it can be redeemed once.

Is the credit transferable?

No.

Can it be paid out?

No, cash payout is excluded.

Can it be combined with other codes?

No, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Why does the code not work?

Check expiry, spelling, product size, previous use and combination with other codes.

What happens to the credit on a return?

The credit may be deactivated or offset against the refund.

What if the email is missing?

Check spam and promotions folders, then contact customer service with the order number.

Responsibility

Are the fragrances vegan?

Yes. All Grace’ Routine fragrances are vegan and contain no ingredients of animal origin.

Is Grace’ Routine cruelty-free?

Yes. Grace’ Routine is cruelty-free. Our products and ingredients are not tested on animals on behalf of Grace’ Routine.

Does Grace’ Routine test finished products on animals?

No. Grace’ Routine does not carry out animal testing on finished products and does not commission such tests.
