How to Return an Item
1. Get in Touch
Please let us know within the 14-day withdrawal period after receiving your order by emailing service@graceroutine.com or using our digital return form.
2. Send It Back
We'll provide you with the return address. Please pack the item carefully, ideally in its original packaging.
3. Refund
Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll refund the purchase price within 14 days to your original payment method.
Conditions
- The item must be unused and in its original condition.
- For sealed fragrances, the right of withdrawal expires once the seal has been removed, for reasons of health protection and hygiene (§ 312g (2) no. 3 BGB).
- In the case of a statutory withdrawal, you bear the direct cost of returning the goods. In the event of defects, incorrect delivery or incomplete delivery, your statutory rights remain unaffected, and return costs are assessed on a case-by-case basis.
- Damaged or incomplete returns may result in a deduction.
