International Shipping

We ship worldwide. Standard shipping is complimentary to all destination countries, with no minimum order value. Outside the EU, import duties for the respective country may apply in addition.

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days.

You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order has shipped.

Shipping at Checkout
Standard shipping is complimentary worldwide for all products and is the only shipping method we offer; it is shown at checkout before you complete your order.

Customs & Import Duties
Deliveries outside the European Union are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). Customs duties, import fees and local taxes are paid by the recipient directly to the carrier and are not included in the order value.

Prices and VAT
All prices listed on the website are final prices in Euro and include applicable German VAT (currently 19%). Shipping is complimentary worldwide to all countries available at checkout.
