We ship worldwide, with complimentary standard shipping to every destination available at checkout. Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days.

Delivery takes 2-3 business days within Germany, 3-5 business days within the European Union, 3-7 business days in the rest of Europe and 4-8 business days worldwide.

Standard shipping is complimentary worldwide, with no minimum order value. Any import duties outside the EU remain the responsibility of the recipient.

Each order is carefully shipped in our signature packaging, discreet, protected, without excess.

After dispatch, you will receive a tracking number by email.

You may withdraw from your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason.

Items must be in original condition. For sealed perfumes, the right of withdrawal expires once the seal has been removed for reasons of health protection and hygiene.

Please contact us by email before returning, so we can prepare the process.

The return address will be provided after you contact us.

We accept: Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay.

All payments are processed securely and encrypted through our payment provider. Your payment data is never stored on our servers.

All prices are in EUR and are final prices including statutory VAT. Standard shipping is complimentary worldwide.

Every order includes two miniature samples: one always matches the fragrance you ordered, the second is freely chosen from our collection during checkout.

The second sample is an invitation to discover further signatures of the Maison, without obligation.

Store your perfume cool, dry, and away from light. Avoid direct sunlight and humid environments.

Perfumes contain fragrance substances that may cause reactions in sensitive individuals. The complete INCI list can be found on the product packaging and on every product page. If in doubt, we recommend a skin test on the wrist.

How long does delivery take?

Germany 2-3 business days, European Union 3-5 business days, rest of Europe 3-7 business days, worldwide 4-8 business days after dispatch.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, as long as the order has not yet been shipped. Contact us as soon as possible by email.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Yes. Every order comes in our signature packaging, and complimentary gift wrapping can be added at no cost. Select it in the cart or at checkout.

Can fragrances cause allergic reactions?

Yes, possible in sensitive individuals. The INCI list can be found on the packaging. If in doubt, perform a skin test beforehand.

Where can I find the ingredients?

The complete INCI list is printed on the product packaging and published in full on every product page.

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Logged-in clients can also follow the status anytime under "Orders" in their personal account.

Can I change my delivery address after confirmation?

Please contact our concierge as soon as possible after placing the order. As long as the parcel has not left our warehouse, we are happy to update the address. Once shipped, changes are no longer possible.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and Klarna. All payments are processed via the secured Shopify infrastructure.

When is my account charged?

Your account is charged upon order confirmation. Dispatch follows once the payment has been authorised. With Klarna, the respective Klarna terms apply.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. We ship worldwide with complimentary standard shipping and no minimum order value. Outside the EU, import duties may be levied separately by our shipping partner.

Will I be charged customs or import duties?

Deliveries outside the EU may be subject to customs and import duties. These are levied directly by our shipping partner and are not included in the order amount. Within the EU, no additional charges apply.

How does the 30 EUR Discovery Set credit work?

After your Discovery Set order, you receive a single-use 30 EUR credit by email. It is valid for 30 days and can be redeemed toward a 50 ml or 100 ml Grace’ Routine bottle. Not valid for another Discovery Set, 2 ml tester, e-gift card or gift wrap.

What is Maison Grace’ Routine?

Maison Grace’ Routine is our client relationship system composed of three circles, Maison, Privé and Cercle. It begins when you create your account and deepens naturally with your relationship to the house. There are no points and no thresholds.
